What does "unlimited concurrent sessions" actually mean? +
It means every device on your plan can be accessed simultaneously. If you have 6 devices on the Growth plan, all 6 can have active remote connections at the same time — no waiting, no extra charges. Most other providers limit how many connections can happen at once.
Is my data safe? Who can see my screen? +
All connections are end-to-end encrypted. Only the two devices in a session can see the screen content — not even DeskHopps can view your sessions.
How do local clients pay? +
Local clients can pay via bank transfer, NayaPay, SadaPay, or cash. All pricing is in PKR so there are no currency conversion issues. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange payment.
How do international clients pay? +
International clients are invoiced in USD at the time of subscription — payment details will be shared via email once you get in touch. Reach us on WhatsApp or at hello@deskhopps.com to get started.
What happens if the service goes down? +
We monitor our infrastructure 24/7. In the rare event of downtime, we'll notify you immediately on WhatsApp and work to restore service as fast as possible. Each plan comes with a clear uptime SLA.
Can I add more devices later? +
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time — just message us on WhatsApp. You'll only pay the difference for the remaining days of your billing cycle.
Is this different from TeamViewer or AnyDesk? +
Yes, significantly. DeskHopps runs on a private server — your connections don't go through a shared public network. Pricing is in PKR and a fraction of what TeamViewer or AnyDesk charge. And unlike both of those, we don't limit how many sessions run simultaneously.
